Check-In, Check-Out & Cleaning

Check-In

Your stay at Flat Eleven is designed to be simple and convenient. Check-in details, including access instructions and any information you need before arrival, will be provided in advance of your stay. The apartment is prepared before each guest arrives, with fresh linen, towels and essential supplies ready for your visit.

During Your Stay

Flat Eleven is set up as a comfortable self-contained home, allowing you to settle in and enjoy your stay with minimal disruption. If you are staying for an extended period, arrangements can be made for replacement linen, towels and any additional cleaning requirements.

Check-Out

On the day of departure, please leave the apartment in a tidy condition and return any keys as instructed. A simple departure checklist will be provided.

Before each new arrival, the apartment is cleaned, inspected and prepared. This includes:

  • Fresh bed linen and towels

  • Cleaning and sanitising of all rooms and surfaces

  • Checking kitchen and bathroom facilities

  • Restocking essential items

  • Ensuring the apartment is comfortable and ready for your arrival

Longer Stays

For guests staying longer than one week, we can arrange a refresh service, including replacement linen and towels, and additional cleaning where required. Please ask about available options when making your booking.

Your Arrival:

  • Access details will be sent 24 hours before your stay

  • Key collection is via a secure method on the premises

  • If there is a problem on arrival contact the number you will have been sent in your arrival email
